Paddleboard rental and lessons in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat
Rent your paddleboard or take a lesson to get started. Solo, with others on the Big Paddle, or in a guided lesson.
Stand-up paddleboarding is undoubtedly the most accessible water sport: no experience is necessary, you'll get the hang of it in minutes, and you'll glide along the coves of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, skimming the water's surface. It's the perfect opportunity to discover the peninsula from a different perspective. At the CVM Nautical Center, we offer two options: the standard paddleboard (solo, for an hour of peace and quiet) and the Big Paddle (up to 6 people on the same board, a guaranteed fun time with family or friends). For beginners, a 1-hour private lesson will teach you all the right techniques.
The Cros deï Pin spot is perfect for paddleboarding: calm waters in the morning, direct access from the beach, panoramic views of the peninsula, and easy access to the secluded coves of Cap Ferrat. Just 20 minutes from Nice and 5 minutes from Beaulieu-sur-Mer, it's the perfect refreshing activity for your day of sightseeing.
Who is this for?

What to see while paddleboarding from Cros deï Pin
In 1 hour, you walk along the beach and explore the first nearby rocks. View of the Villa Ephrussi and the port of Saint-Jean in the background.
In 2 hours, you can reach Passable Beach (15-20 minutes of leisurely paddling) or continue on to Pointe Sainte-Hospice. Ideal for a mini-adventure.
For experienced adventurers, the complete tour of the peninsula is possible (approximately 5-6 km), but requires good physical condition and returning to the club before the end of the day.

Big Paddle: the multi-person experience
The Big Paddle is an XXL board that accommodates up to 6 people. You all paddle together, you laugh, sometimes you fall in the water, you get right back up: it's the ultimate fun and social water experience. Ideal for a teen birthday party, a group of friends, or a team-building activity.
Expect to pay €60 for 1 hour or €100 for 2 hours, which works out to €10 to €17 per person depending on the package.
