Kayak rental and lessons in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat
Rental of 1 or 2 places, or private lessons to learn the correct techniques.
Sea kayaking is freedom rediscovered: you leave the beach at Cros deï Pin, paddle along the rocks of the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula, and stop in a secluded cove for a swim. No wind to contend with, no complex techniques: just you, the paddle, and the sea. At the CVM Nautical Center, we offer single and double kayaks (sit-on-top, stable and forgiving). For couples or parents and children, the double kayak is ideal: everyone participates in the effort. For those who prefer a more contemplative solo experience, the single kayak allows for more independent exploration.
Kayaking is the perfect activity for visitors to Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Villefranche, Èze, or Nice who want to discover the Cap Ferrat coastline from a different perspective. Allow 1 to 2 hours for a pleasant paddle, or half a day to circumnavigate the entire peninsula.

Why tandem kayaking is so popular
The two-person kayak (two-seater) is the preferred option for couples and parents with children: you paddle together, chat, take photos, and take turns. It's less tiring than paddling solo and more sociable.
An adult can bring a child from 6-7 years old (under their responsibility).
For two adults , it's also an excellent way to discover the coast together, without the fatigue of a more intense sport.
