Welcome to the CVM Nautical Centre, your sailing school and nautical base in the heart of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
Located on Cros deï Pin Beach, our club welcomes you all year round to practice dinghy sailing, wing foiling, paddleboarding, kayaking or simply enjoy a sea outing in one of the most beautiful spots on the French Riviera.
Whether you live nearby, are staying in a hotel in Beaulieu-sur-Mer or Villefranche-sur-Mer, or are just passing through Nice or Monaco, we have a package for you: hourly rentals, private lessons, children's courses, paddleboard yoga, discovery tours, or annual memberships. Our state-certified instructors will guide you at your own pace, in an exceptional and safe environment. Cap Ferrat is a unique nautical playground: turquoise waters, secluded coves, and sea caves. An Exceptional Setting
the Cap Ferrat peninsula
The Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula is one of the most sought-after spots on the French Riviera. Between the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild and the port, you'll discover a succession of secluded coves, hidden beaches, and pristine seabeds. Our sailing center is located at Cros deï Pin Beach, on the northern side of the peninsula. This sheltered, supervised body of water is ideal for learning to sail safely and progressing to more challenging boats. You're a 5-minute drive from Beaulieu-sur-Mer, 7 minutes from Villefranche-sur-Mer, 10 minutes from Èze, and 20 minutes from Nice and Monaco . Bus access is also available via Line 15 from Beaulieu train station.

For whom?
Our club caters to everyone: families on holiday looking for an original activity for children, experienced athletes who want an exceptional setting, retirees from the Nice area who register for the year, Monegasque tourists who book a private lesson, teachers who organize a school trip.
Children can start sailing as early as age 6 in an Optimist dinghy , begin paddleboarding at 8, or join a multi-sport course from age 10. Adults, both beginners and experienced sailors, will find a suitable program. And our year-long packages (annual courses, independent sailing) are perfect for those who want to progress over time.

Our instructors are state-certified (BPJEPS, DEJEPS), our lake is supervised, and our response time is rapid. All our packages include FFV insurance when required.

No standardized, assembly-line courses. Our instructors tailor each session to your level, your desires, and the weather. For Wing Foil, our certified partner Aurélien (TackSail) provides dedicated instruction.

Where are you coming from?
Our packages for visitors
Visitors coming from Beaulieu-sur-Mer or Villefranche-sur-Mer
Hourly rentals (paddleboards, kayaks, catamarans) are the simplest option. You arrive on site without a reservation, take the equipment for 1 or 2 hours, and leave.
Tourists staying in hotels or rentals in Èze, Nice or Monaco
Our private lessons and short courses can easily be arranged over one or more days. And for children on holiday, our 5 half-day summer courses are a sure bet.
Residents of the Nice and Monaco area
Registration is open for the 2026-2027 season. Lessons will be held if there are at least 8 children registered per session for the Optimist and Teen Catamaran programs, or 14 adults registered for the Hobie Cat 16 Catamaran program. Otherwise, open sailing is offered with a safety boat. Open sailing is available year-round, provided you are a club member and hold a French Sailing Federation (FFVoile) or French Canoe-Kayak Federation (FFCK) license for kayaking and paddleboarding. Equipment is available during opening hours, subject to availability.
