Enrolling for the year at our sailing school means real progress. Every week, you'll meet up with the same classmates, the same instructor, and enjoy the same exceptional sailing conditions in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Registration opens on August 19, 2026. Lessons are held on Saturdays only.
Children's classes: Saturday morning.
Adult classes: Saturday afternoon.
Our school is affiliated with the French Sailing Federation: FFV license and club membership are included in the advertised price. It's an all-inclusive package, with no surprises. Registration opens on August 17, 2026, online via Axyomes or at the office.
Who is this for?
Children from age 6 for Optimist
Suitable for teenagers aged 11 and up for the RS Cat 14 Catamaran
Adults aged 18 and over for the Hobie Cat 16 catamaran
Residents of the Nice basin, Monaco and the Eastern French Riviera
Safety and supervision
All our instructors are state-certified (BPJEPS or DEJEPS) and trained in childcare. One instructor supervises up to 15 children aged 11 to 15, or up to 10 children aged 6 to 10.
The equipment is maintained, the sailing areas are clearly defined, and a safety motorboat accompanies each outing. Life jackets are mandatory and must be properly fitted. A FFV health questionnaire is required beforehand (downloadable from the website).
Why enroll for the entire year rather than for an internship?
Progression. A summer course introduces you to sailing and sparks your interest. But it's through regular practice throughout the year that you truly become independent in sailing. Thirty-four sessions during the school year represent approximately 100 hours on the water: enough to master the fundamentals and begin to experience more challenging sensations.
The group. You meet the same people every week. For children as well as adults, it's an opportunity to build relationships, progress together, and sometimes participate in regattas or special outings during the year.
The price. Overall, the annual course is cheaper than the same number of private lessons. And the FFV license + club membership are included (saving approximately €100).
